GREEN CEILING – the climatic ceiling we developed for insert in hot countries.
How does “green ceiling” work?
- The climatic ceiling would be cooled down to 18 °C.
- Warm air has the nature, that air films will be appear by defined temperatures. For example by 28 °C the air under the ceiling has approximately 30 °C and on the floor only 22 °C. For that reason it does not take sense, cooling the room with a floor cooling. The heat energy has to take away, where it is on the highest level: under the ceiling.
Out of this reason 18 °C cold water flow through the “green ceiling” and took away continued energy. The room is cooling.
- The system doesn’t work with cold air, which is blown into the room. Unlike to the air condition it doesn’t exist air movement according to circulate of used up air.
- GREEN CEILING works with fresh air, which would be change completely every two hours. The change of the air is very low, inhabitants of buildings with a climatic ceiling don’t notice about it. They sense the atmospheric environment beneficially.
The supply of fresh air cause that the CO²-content in the air is always comfortable for the inhabitants. - To use the benefits of the GREEN CEILING, the building has to be very good insulated. The windows have to provide, that only low heat goes inside from the outside.
- Our Rötzer-Ziegel-Haus with climatic ceiling is provide, that the interior rooms are not warming over to 28 °C by closed windows and doors – even by an outdoor temperature of 45 °C! The room temperature by work of the cooling ceiling is approximately 22 °C.
The relative air humidity doesn’t increase over 60 %. This enabled about controlled ventilation, which is invented and designed from our company.
